Barclays PLC (“BPLC”) and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Barclays Entities”) will treat your information processed in support of your attendance at our Brand training or completion of our Brand eLearning as confidential and will hold your data in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Barclays Executions Services Ltd will be the Controller of your personal data.
What information do we need?
We collect basic personal data about you including your name, company and email address. You may also be asked to provide additional contact information (such as phone number) if you require technical assistance in order to view or interact with the training service. If you do not provide your personal data, you will not be able to participate in the training.
Why do we need it? What do we do with it?
We need to know your personal data for the purposes of facilitating your completion of the Barclays and/or Barclaycard Brand eLearning module which will include transfer of your information to our online training platform to secure access to the training.
Who do we share your personal data with and why?
By completing this form and submitting your personal data you consent to Barclays sharing your name, company and email address with our contracted 3rd party learning subcontractor Inmarkets Limited trading as Skillcast.
Processing performed by Skillcast relating to the Barclays and/or Barclaycard Brand eLearning module (to provide you with an access link and login details) which is required to be completed in order to access the Barclays Brand site will be subject to the Skillcast privacy policy https://www.skillcast.com/privacy-notice. Our Subcontractors are contractually bound to use your personal data only for the purpose we have provided it to them, in accordance with our instructions, and to ensure the security and confidentiality of such data transferred to them in accordance with local laws and regulations.
How long will we keep it?
Personal data will not be kept for longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected or will be deleted when you withdraw your consent (where applicable) provided we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain such data. For example, Barclays is required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, company details and contact information) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.
What else would we like to do with your data?
Your data is processed under this notice for your attendance at our brand training only. This notice is separate from any other data processing activity you have with Barclays including general marketing of our goods and services.

What happens next?
Once you have submitted this form, we’ll review your request within three working days. If approved, you’ll receive your access link and login details for the Barclays and/or Barclaycard Brand eLearn from Skillcast. Once you have completed the eLearning we will provide you with information on how to access the Barclays Brand site.
